Prices for LED dance floors vary a lot from company to company, mostly because of what's included. Some quotes cover only the floor itself and add delivery, setup, labor and overtime later. Others, like ours, include everything in one published price. Here's how our pricing breaks down by size.
LED Party Rental prices as of October 2026. Each includes delivery, setup, an on-site technician and teardown.
What size floor do you need?
The size, not the brand, drives most of the price, so right-sizing matters. A reliable rule of thumb: about a third of your guests are on the floor at once, and each dancer needs roughly 4 to 5 square feet.
For 150 guests, that's about 50 dancers on the floor at once. We recommend a 20×20 ft (400 sq ft) so the floor never feels crowded during the big songs. For a dinner-focused evening where fewer people dance, a 16×16 ft (256 sq ft) can be plenty.
What should be included in the price
Before comparing quotes, make sure you're comparing the same thing. A complete LED dance floor rental should include:
- Delivery and load-in at your venue
- Professional setup and testing before guests arrive
- A technician on site during the event, not just a drop-off
- Teardown and removal after the last dance
- A certificate of insurance for your venue
If a quote leaves any of these out, ask what each one adds. Those line items are where a low headline price often turns into a higher final bill.
What changes the price
- Floor size. The biggest factor, which is why we publish a price for each size.
- Location and travel. Venues outside the company's home area usually include a travel fee. Ours is based on mileage, quoted upfront, and there's none in the greater Orlando area.
- Very large or custom layouts. Floors beyond 24×24 ft and unusual shapes are quoted individually.
- Venue conditions. Outdoor installs need a firm, level surface, power and weather cover, which is worth confirming early.
Questions to ask before you book
- Is your price all-inclusive, or are delivery, setup and labor extra?
- Will someone from your team stay on site during the event?
- Do you own the floor, or is it sub-rented from another company?
- Can you send a certificate of insurance to my venue?
- What's the deposit, and what's the cancellation policy?
For reference, our answers: everything is included, a technician stays all night, we own every floor, a certificate of insurance is provided on request, and a $500 deposit holds your date, refundable if you cancel 30 or more days out.
