03Booking terms

Clear from the start.

Event length
Prices cover a standard 3–4 hour event. Longer events are quoted with your timeline.
Deposit
A $500 deposit holds your date once you approve the quote. It's applied to your balance, not an extra fee. Saturdays are our most popular days and fill quickly, so we suggest booking 2–3 months ahead.
Final payment
Due 7 days before your event.
Cancellation
Cancel 30 or more days out for a full refund of your deposit. Within 30 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
Travel
No travel fee in the greater Orlando area. Venues farther out include a travel fee based on mileage, always quoted upfront.
