Country clubs, oceanfront hotels and private estates each have their own load-in rules. We coordinate timing, power and the certificate of insurance with your venue's events team ahead of time, and we can list your venue and management company on the certificate.

Yes. We travel from Central Florida with our own crew and equipment and plan the trip around your venue's load-in window. Palm Beach is about two and a half hours away, Fort Lauderdale about three.

Yes. We're a registered and insured Florida LLC with $1,000,000 per-occurrence general liability coverage, and we can issue a certificate listing your venue, HOA or management company.
Yes. Many of our South Florida events come through planners. We'll coordinate directly with your planner on timing, layout and venue paperwork.
